Mr. Rajesh Singh Shekhawat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at B K Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology (BKBIET), Pilani, where he has been serving since September 2007. With over 18 years of academic and research experience, his work focuses on power device design, semiconductor fabrication, and reliability testing. He has contributed extensively to international journals and conferences, and his ongoing research explores wide bandgap materials and next-generation power electronics. Mr. Shekhawat has also served as a visiting professor internationally and actively leads funded projects and academic events in his field.
